About this document

Effect of Seed Rate & Irrigation on Wheat Yield by dawud kuro is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study examined the effects of different seeding rates (75, 100, 125, 150 kg/ha) and irrigation intervals (5, 8, 11, 14 days) on yield and yield components of bread wheat in Ethiopia. The highest yields were obtained at a seeding rate of 100 kg/ha with irrigation every 11 days, which produced a grain yield of 5.4 t/ha. Interacting effects of seeding rate and irrigation interval significantly impacted tiller numbers, grain yield, biomass yield, and harvest index. Based on the results, the study concludes
