About this document
Eye Movement Study: ADHD vs. Schizophrenia by jimidik139 is a document available to read on EtoBox.
The study investigates the differences in inhibition and working memory between adults with schizophrenia, ADHD, and a normal comparison group using a delayed oculomotor response task. Results indicate that both ADHD and schizophrenia subjects exhibit dis-inhibition, but only those with schizophrenia show impaired working memory. This supports the hypothesis that working memory deficits are primary in schizophrenia while being secondary to inhibitory deficits in ADHD.
