What is Financial Literacy about?

This document summarizes a research study that examined the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior, and locus of control on financial satisfaction through financial capabilities as a mediating variable among PJLP Pusdatin Jamsos DKI Jakarta workers. The study used a sample of 115 respondents who were given online questionnaires. The results showed that financial literacy, financial behavior, and locus of control did not significantly influence financial satisfaction through financial capabilities.
