About this document

PD-L1 Expression in Oral Cancer Study by rebel10sahay is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study evaluated the expression of the immune checkpoint protein PD-L1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its correlation with clinicopathological features. Out of 106 OSCC cases, 60.37% showed PD-L1 positivity, with significant associations found between PD-L1 scores and tumor characteristics such as size, depth of invasion, and lymphovascular invasion. The findings suggest that PD-L1 expression may serve as an independent prognostic marker for OSCC patients.
