What is Aristolane Sesquiterpenes and Highly Brominated Indoles from the Marine Red Alga Laurencia similis (Rhodomelaceae) about?
## Abstract Three new polybrominated 1__H__‐indoles, compounds **1**–**3**, and three new aristolane sesquiterpenes, compounds **4**–**6**, were isolated from the marine red alga __Laurencia similis__, together with seven known natural products. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric analyses, as well as by comparison with literature data.
