A CT scan of the brain was performed on Mrs. V Vijaya, a 65-year-old female. The scan showed diffuse cerebral and cerebellar atrophy, as well as anterior falx and right lentiform nuclei calcifications. The 4th ventricle, brain stem, CP angle, sella, suprasellar, and parasellar areas were normal. No hemorrhage or extra-axial collections were seen, though atheromatous wall calcifications were noted in the left vertebral artery. Clinical correlation and follow-up were suggested.
