1. To load an action, open Photoshop and go to the Window menu. Select Actions from the drop down menu to open the Actions panel. Then select Load Action from the Actions panel menu and choose an action file to import. 2. To convert a layer to a background layer, go to the Layer menu at the top and select New Layer from Background. 3. Open a background image, hit the play button in the Actions panel to automatically apply the loaded action. When complete, it will produce an awesome effect on the image.
