The CT scan shows a known case of NHL with small lymph nodes in the neck and no sizable neck masses detected. The chest CT is normal with clear lungs and no masses or effusions. The abdomen and pelvis CT shows mildly enlarged liver with no focal lesions, enlarged aorto-caval and common iliac lymph nodes up to 5x5x4.5cm, normal spleen and kidneys, no ascites, and normal bladder. The findings are noted as multiple pelvi-abdominal lymphadenopathy and fatty hepatomegaly.
