The article is devoted to the problems of using distance educational technologies, which are barriers in the educational process. The authors investigate the possibilities of taking into account the technical features of the functioning of distance learning technologies and e-learning in the legislation, as well the conditions and problems of using distance learning technologies and e-learning in the educational process. The relevance of the problem is in improving the training of teachers for professional activities in the context of modern tendency in the informatization of education. Professional training is based on the inclusion of innovative activities in the educational process of a pedagogical university aimed at organizing creative informational interaction of students and teachers in the process of mastering e-learning technologies.
