What is Wendy about?

Wendy wakes up late and realizes she cannot find her favorite red toothbrush with a star on it. She asks various people in town - a newsagent, cashiers, policemen, old ladies - if they have seen it, but they are all too busy to help. Determined to find her lost toothbrush, Wendy continues searching. Eventually, a girl named Jessica finds the toothbrush on the ground. She helps Wendy reunite with her lost red toothbrush.
