This study examines the use of bagasse ash as a partial replacement for cement in concrete. Bagasse is a waste product from sugar production and burning bagasse produces bagasse ash. Previous studies have shown bagasse ash can replace up to 15-20% of cement without negatively impacting concrete properties.
