M5005L is a narrow MWD HDPE produced using Spherilene Technology. It is recommended for injection molding of heavy duty crates and industrial products as well as extrusion compression molded caps. The precise control of morphology and MWD during polymerization gives it superior processability and improved performance properties over conventional HDPE grades. It has a melt flow index of 4.5 g/10 min, a density of 0.950 g/cm3, and a tensile strength at yield of 22 MPa.
