What is The Dragon about?

The story describes a fleet of crows conducting military maneuvers. Due to low-lying clouds, the crows are forced to take emergency anchorage in a snow-covered rice field. When the clouds clear, the aged admiral issues orders and the crows launch coordinated attacks, firing imaginary cannons. After successful maneuvers, the admiral returns to his residence while the crows return to their barracks, completing a perfect training exercise.
