What is Temperature about?
The student investigated how the pH level of lemon juice is affected by changes in temperature. Seven trials were conducted where lemon juice was heated to different temperatures and its pH measured. The results showed the pH decreased slightly as temperature increased, with the lemon juice becoming more acidic rather than basic.
