Can I read Nitrogen transfer in E. coli glucosamine-6P synthase. Investigations using substrate and bisubstrate analogs on EtoBox?

Nitrogen transfer in E. coli glucosamine-6P synthase. Investigations using substrate and bisubstrate analogs by Marie-Ange Badet-Denisot; Caroline Leriche; Frédéric Massière; Bernard Badet is a Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Nitrogen transfer in E. coli glucosamine-6P synthase. Investigations using substrate and bisubstrate analogs about?

The compound 2-amino-2-deoxyglucitol-rP competitively inhibits E. coli gluco~mine-6P synthase with respect to fructose-6P whereas glutamate y-semialdehyde is a competitive inhibitor with respect to glutamine. These compounds, which exhibit good inhibitory properties (Km/Kiffi 16 and 1000 respectively), were used in the synthesis of multisubstrate analogs.

Who reads Nitrogen transfer in E. coli glucosamine-6P synthase. Investigations using substrate and bisubstrate analogs?

It is typically read by researchers, students, and practitioners in Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology.
