What is John W. Carpenter's Kentucky Courthouses about?
After something over 6,000 miles of driving, it became apparent why we could not find a book picturing all the Kentucky courthouses. It is a big undertaking! Trying to visit all 122 county seats, even though our state has only 120 counties, Kenton and Campbell Counties each have two county seats. We have a big, beautiful, highly diversified state. Between Pikeville and Hickman the panorama of terrain, agriculture, architecture, industry, plant life, people, and politics are mind-boggling
