This case report describes a 68-year-old female patient admitted to the hospital with complaints of epigastric pain, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Laboratory tests confirmed COVID-19 and acute gastritis. Chest X-ray showed right pneumonia suspected to be due to COVID-19. EKG showed CHF and old inferior wall myocardial infarction. The patient was treated with IV fluids, PPI, antiemetics, antibiotics, CHF and COVID-19 medications. Her condition improved but she still had epigastric pain
