This case report describes a 14-year-old girl who presented with a chronic unilateral conjunctivitis that did not improve with steroid treatment. Examination found giant papillae on the upper tarsal conjunctiva. Biopsy revealed necrotizing granulomatous inflammation suggestive of tuberculosis. She was started on anti-tuberculosis therapy and showed complete resolution of symptoms in two months.
