The document outlines the plan for Project Reji, an AI hiring assistant, detailing constraints on HCL laptops that hinder development, such as blocked tools and lack of GPU access. It specifies the infrastructure needed, including an AWS EC2 instance with GPU capabilities and a dedicated lab environment for deployment and model hosting. The timeline includes two phases: a 20-day proof of concept for a resume parser and a subsequent 20-30 day phase for an AI interviewer with voice integration.
