Thirty-three patients with pemphigus vulgaris or bullous pemphigoid were studied. Fifteen cases of pemphigus vulgaris and eighteen cases of bullous pemphigoid were diagnosed based on clinical presentation, histopathology, and immunofluorescence testing. Pemphigus vulgaris was more common in middle-aged patients and showed a female predominance, while bullous pemphigoid predominantly affected elderly individuals over 70 years old with no sex difference.
