This document describes a study using density functional theory calculations to model the coadsorption of donors with TiCl4 species on MgCl2 surfaces. The coadsorption of donors is found to reinforce the electron density of Ti and induce isospecificity by transferring symmetry. Ethylbenzoate coadsorption also improves regioselectivity and prevents chain transfer, increasing polypropylene molecular weight.
