About this document

Herniated Nucleus Pulposus Case Study by Dwi Ulfa Annisa is a document available to read on EtoBox.

The patient, a 58-year old female, presented with chief complaints of lower back pain radiating down the right leg. On examination, she had decreased sensation to touch and pain in the right leg. MRI revealed a herniated nucleus pulposus in the lumbar region, suggestive of lumbar radiculopathy. Treatment included bed rest, analgesics, and physiotherapy to address the suspected herniated disc causing nerve root compression.
