What is Pristimantis reichlei: Parental Care in Bolivia about?

The document presents the first documentation of parental care and clutch size for the species Pristimantis reichlei in Bolivia, noting its occurrence in Amazonian forests. The study reports a clutch of 28 eggs, with the female exhibiting protective behavior over the eggs, and suggests a case of parthenogenesis due to the absence of males during observation. This finding adds to the limited knowledge of reproductive biology within the genus Pristimantis in Bolivia.
