Can I read On-Demand VPN for GPRS Security on EtoBox?

On-Demand VPN for GPRS Security by Anonymous BkmsKXzwyK is a document available to read on EtoBox.

What is On-Demand VPN for GPRS Security about?

The document proposes a network-wide VPN deployment over GPRS to improve security. It would secure data from mobile users to remote servers by using GPRS ciphering over the radio interface and deploying an IPsec VPN over the GPRS core network and internet. The VPN functionality would be outsourced to the network infrastructure to avoid overhead on mobile devices. Mobile users could initiate VPN connections, while key negotiation is handled by the network. The VPN would operate transparently as users move.
