A patient presented with a progressively enlarging painless neck mass and chronic cervical lymphadenopathy. Imaging with CT scan showed a right cystic posterior cervical mass and generalized lymphadenopathy. Acid-fast bacilli were discovered in aspirates from the neck mass, confirming a diagnosis of scrofula (tuberculosis of the cervical lymph nodes).
