What is Night Duty Officer Policy Guidelines about?

The Night Duty Officer (NDO) policy outlines the duty timings, responsibilities, and procedures for NDOs, including maintaining discipline and documenting observations. NDOs can leave early for their shift with a gate pass and are eligible for compensatory off, but no extra off on holidays. The policy also allows for duty interchange with prior HR notification and states that management can modify the policy as needed.
