This study evaluated the effectiveness of augmented reality in teaching a chain task, specifically tooth brushing, to three elementary students with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). The results indicated that all students learned to brush their teeth independently and maintained the skill nine weeks later, highlighting the potential of augmented reality as a teaching tool. The findings suggest that augmented reality can effectively combine visual supports and video modeling to enhance learning for students
