What is College Fest Portal Project Overview about?

An online fest portal project coded in Visual Studio 2013 and SQL Server 2008 allows administrators to add upcoming fests and users to search for fests by type, city, state, department or college. Registered users can create events that must include a direct link, with the events requiring administrator verification before being posted.
