What is J House: Modern Residence in Jain Colony about?

This three-storey contemporary family home in New Delhi was designed by Space Architects @ KA for a client seeking a simple weekend residence. The 1,800 sq ft plot supports a 5,000 sq ft built-up area constructed between 2016-2018 for INR 5,000 per sq ft. The open-plan layout promotes visual and air connectivity throughout the white-walled interiors lit by large windows and a central atrium. Outdoor spaces include a first-floor terrace and a landscaped second-floor roof terrace.
