This study evaluates the efficacy and safety of modified Ferguson hemorrhoidectomy (MFH) compared to conventional Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy (MMH) for treating grade II–IV hemorrhoids. Results show that MFH has significantly lower recurrence rates (1.2% vs. 5.0%), shorter healing times, and fewer complications, while also yielding higher patient satisfaction. The findings support MFH as a safe and effective surgical option for hemorrhoid treatment.
