This document describes a study that isolated and identified bacteria involved in contaminating selected fast foods sold in Wuntin Dada, Bauchi, Nigeria. A total of 50 food samples were collected from 5 locations and analyzed. The bacteria isolated included Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
