A 43-year-old gentleman presented with a painless swelling on the posterior aspect of his left arm that had been present for 2 months without changing in size or consistency. On examination, a firm, non-tender swelling was found on the back of the left arm with overlying ecchymosis and an enlarged left axillary lymph node. There were no other abnormalities.
