Voice outcomes included acoustic measures, expert and blinded voice quality ratings and a patient-report voice symptom questionnaire. Results: Acoustic measures: Pre-vs post-treatment measures showed statistically significant voice deterioration with higher jitter (P < 0.000) and shimmer (P < 0.000), reduced harmonicenoise ratio (P < 0.000) and lower mean fundamental speaking frequency (P < 0.000).
