The regional grant period from October 2015 to March 2016 was unsuccessful in meeting planned goals due to poor coordination and low attendance at regional meetings. A major factor was the coordinator becoming seriously ill. In response, big changes were made, including appointing a new coordinator and obtaining additional executive support.
