About this document

MRI Evaluation of Cartilage Repair in Pigs by unggarapunja12 is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This study evaluates the effectiveness of mosaicplasty with tissue-engineered cartilage for treating osteochondral defects in a pig model using advanced MRI techniques. Results showed that the tissue-engineered cartilage group had significantly better repair outcomes compared to the control group, as indicated by MOCART scores and T2 mapping. The findings suggest that this approach is promising for cartilage repair and that MRI can non-invasively monitor the maturation of repair tissue.
