What is Hand Washing Education Project in Honduras about?

Our project aimed to educate caregivers and students in Honduras about proper handwashing. We presented information using a flipbook and glo-germ demonstrations. We installed four handwashing stations and created educational posters. Evaluating our goals, we found the presentations went well though some were not as interactive as planned. We were unable to assess use of the stations due to delays. Overall, our project successfully increased knowledge of handwashing in the communities.
