What is Announcements about?

## Announcements The Fidia Research Laboratories, under the auspices of the Porcellati Foundation, announce the institution of the 2nd Porcellati Prize to be awarded in 1992. Nominations for the Prize are invited from young scientists, under 35 years of age, working in the field of normal and pathological phospholipid metabolism and its regulation in the Central and Peripheral Nervous System. The Prize, and the cheque for US$5000 will be presented at the 9th General Meeting of the European Society for Neurochemistry, to be held in Dublin from 16th to 21st August, 1992. Each candidate should be nominated by at least one other person who should enclose a supporting statement of not more than 500 words, the nominee's curriculum vitae, a list of his/her publications and five reprints of his/her most important papers published. The winner will deliver a lecture on the occasion of the presentation of the Prize.
