This study investigates the impact of hard skills, soft skills, and motivation on the performance of the HR Department at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The findings indicate that all three factors positively influence employee performance, and collectively they have a significant effect. The research utilized a total sampling method involving all 35 employees of the HR Department to gather data.
