This study evaluates the effectiveness of ultrasound in diagnosing knee bursitis compared to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Out of 158 patients, ultrasound identified 13 out of 15 bursitis cases, demonstrating a sensitivity of 86.67% and specificity of 100%. The findings suggest that ultrasound is a valuable diagnostic tool for patients who cannot undergo MRI.
