What is Polish League Cup Overview (1999-2002) about?

The Polish League Cup was a football competition in Poland held from 1999 to 2002, aimed at reviving interest in league cup tournaments. It featured a knockout format with varying participation from teams in different leagues, ultimately resulting in low fan engagement and attendance. The competition was discontinued after its third edition due to these issues, despite attempts to reintroduce similar tournaments later.
