What is SSCT: History and Development Overview about?

The Surigao State College of Technology (SSCT) started as the Surigao del Norte School of Arts and Trades in 1969 and was established as a chartered state college in 1998. It began with 103 students and has since expanded its campus and program offerings. SSCT provides vocational, technical and technology education and conducts research for development in Surigao del Norte. It was formed through the integration of the Surigao Norte School of Arts and Trades and Malimono School of Fisheries in 1998.
