1) The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh is inviting papers for their 55th annual convention to be held May 1-5, 2014 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. 2) The convention will have approximately 5000 engineer participants from home and abroad. 3) Papers are invited on the topic of "Engineers Role in Ensuring Safety" and related topics within the broader areas of environment, water, climate change, and more. Papers should discuss the role of regional cooperation within the chosen topic area.
