About this document

Rice Flour Particle Size Analysis by fatin umairah is a document available to read on EtoBox.

This experiment measured the particle size distribution of food powders using sieve analysis. Three samples - banana fritter coating flour, rice flour, and castor sugar - were separately sieved using a stack of sieves with decreasing mesh sizes. The weight retained on each sieve was measured and used to calculate undersize cumulative fractions and average particle diameters. Average sizes were 0.4538 mm for banana flour, 0.8025 mm for rice flour, and 1.3446 mm for castor sugar. Sieve analysis provided quant
