What is Astérix about?

The document outlines an exercise for an algorithms lab involving a character named Astérix who must warn a druid named Panoramix before Romans capture him. Astérix has a list of movements he can perform without raising suspicion and can consume a limited amount of magic potion to increase his distance covered. The task is to determine the minimum number of potion gulps needed for Astérix to reach Panoramix in time, with specific input and output requirements for multiple test cases.
