Hi.. I have a pilonidal sinus opening about a half an inch above my rectum.. but I am wondering have you ever heard of.. or is it possible for.. the cyst tunnel inside to have somehow connected with the colon.. because gas is coming out of the sinus opening.. and I think I have noticed feces today as well. I am almost having a panic attack here at work.. if this is possible I think I need to go to the doctor immediately. Have you ever heard of this Dr. Walt?
