The 2018 Oltrepò Pavese DOC Barbera is made from 90% Barbera and 10% Uva Rara grapes, grown sustainably at 250 m altitude in Canneto Pavese. The wine undergoes a detailed vinification process, including fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in oak barrels and stainless-steel vats.
