What is A Dosimetric Analysis of Radiation Pneumonitis in Non–small-cell Lung Cancer Patients Treated with Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy about?
2007 with a minimum follow-up of 2 years were considered. Univariate analyses were performed for the following predictors of metastatic disease: risk group, Gleason score (GS), clinical T-Stage (T-Stage), pretreatment PSA (PSA), post-treatment PSA doubling time (PSA-DT), treatment type (BT vs. BT+EBRT), total biologic effective dose (BED), use of androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) during definitive treatment, age at diagnosis and race. Risk groups were defined as follows: high-risk patients had at least one high-risk feature (GS 8-10, PSA .20 ng/mL, T-Stage . or = T2c), intermediate-risk patients had at least one intermediate-risk feature (GS = 7, PSA 10-20 ng/mL, T-Stage = T2b), and low-risk patients had only low-risk features (GS = 6, PSA \10 ng/mL, T-Stage \ or = T2a). The PSA-DT was analyzed in the following ordinate groups: 0-90 days, 91-180 days, 180-360 days, .360 days, and as ''no PSA failure'' for patients who did not have a Phoenix definition PSA failure. Multivariable analysis was performed on the following variables: GS, T-Stage, PSA, PSA-DT, BED, ADT, age, and race. Results: A total of 1,886 patients were included in this study; of these, 48 developed metastatic diseas
