What is Oral Assessment Evidence Sheet about?

Students in a class were asked to fill out a form introducing themselves which included providing their name, age, address, former school, siblings, hobbies, likes, dislikes, ambitions, and life goals. The teacher observed the students as they presented this information to the class and checked off which expressions they used on a checklist. The checklist tracked the various ways students referred to each information item being introduced.
