What is Cancun Climate Conference Consensus Methods about?

The Cancun climate conference ended early adopting a new definition of consensus over objections from Bolivia. It used World Trade Organization-style processes like small meetings and facilitator-drafted texts. While more transparent than Copenhagen, the outcome was seen as inadequate by some and a sacrifice of climate priorities to save the negotiation process.
