This study examined the prevalence of diabetes among tuberculosis (TB) patients in Guyana. The researchers conducted a cross-sectional study of 100 TB patients at clinics in three regions of Guyana. They found that 14% of patients had diabetes - 12 were previously diagnosed and 2 were found to have high blood sugar during the study.
